Charlotte leads advocacy efforts for the neurosurgical field. She influences health policy by collaborating with policymakers and stakeholders on Medicare reimbursement and workforce sustainability. With nearly a decade of experience in the US Congress, she has assisted in shaping significant health legislation and advocated for bipartisan initiatives in drug pricing and public health. Charlotte holds a BA in government and international relations from the University of South Florida and a Master of Public Policy from George Mason University.
