Tanya Stewart Blackmon, MBA, MSW, LCSW President and Founder Auspen Consulting Tanya Stewart Blackmon is president and founder of Auspen Consulting, which provides business and cultural transformation, leadership and organizational development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion advisory services. Her engagements include a range of organizations, such as a major healthcare system, community-based nonprofits, and corporate clients. A nationally recognized DEI executive, Tanya was named to Modern Healthcare’s 2021 honor roll “Top 25 Women Leaders in Healthcare.”
Galyn Damiani Associate Vice President, Virtual Care Institute VCU Health With over a decade of experience in healthcare, Galyn has held various leadership roles in physician relations, service line management, clinical program development, and both system and service line strategy. Passionate about cultivating impactful teams and building impactful programs, Galyn excels in: strategic development that underlies her ability to recruit talent and engage high performing teams; constructing effective programs and structures throughout the healthcare system; and enhancing financial performance through a growth-oriented approach.
