It also provides tips and applications for creating a diverse, inclusive, and equitable environment for patients and employees.

3:00pm - 4:00pm	Her Voice, Her Vision: Amplifying Women in Healthcare Leadership Galyn Damiani, Associate Vice President, Virtual Care Institute, VCU Health In this session, we'll explore the critical value that women bring to healthcare leadership and the root causes behind their underrepresentation. We’ll discuss practical strategies for organizations to systematically amplify women in healthcare roles, fostering an environment that both cultivates and leverages diverse perspectives for better decision-making.

With over a decade of experience in healthcare, Galyn has held various leadership roles in physician relations, service line management, clinical program development, and both system and service line strategy.
